Seracco Renewable Energy is a privately owned renewable energy development and infrastructure company with a misxsion to deliver large-scale, high-efficiency renewable energy projects across the Middle East and North Africa.
We originate, develop, finance and operate utility-scale renewable energy projects, structured as BOO and IPP models with long-term sovereign and institutional offtake,. Our focus is on frontier markets where energy demand is structural, government commitment is strong and the right developer creates lasting value.

SERACCO was founded by energy infrastructure professionals with a combined track record spanning over 2GW of utility-scale wind delivery across the UK and Europe, including some of the largest onshore wind projects built in Scandinavia.
That experience in EPC delivery, project management, regulatory navigation, and large-scale equipment procurement is now applied to a different discipline; originating and developing projects as an independent owner and long-term operator.
We manage every stage of the development lifecycle in-house market assessment, site origination, environmental and social due diligence, technology selection, financial structuring, government engagement, and commercial close. Construction is delivered through carefully selected EPC partners operating under fixed-price, performance-guaranteed contracts.
