Leading Developer of Renewable Energy Projects.

Dedicated to Advancing the Transition to Sustainable Power.

Seracco Renewable Energy delivers fully integrated renewable energy solutions, combining technical expertise, strong financial structuring, and deep market knowledge to bring projects from concept to reality.

We develop, finance, construct, and operate renewable energy projects tailored to the needs of frontier and emerging markets—ensuring energy security, cost-efficiency, and long-term stability.

Our Core Services:

  • Project Origination & Development

Project development is SERACCO's core discipline. We identify and evaluate sites based on resource quality, grid proximity, land availability, and regulatory environment; then build the development case from the ground up.

Our in-house development process covers feasibility assessment, environmental and social impact evaluation, grid connection strategy, technology selection, and regulatory engagement. We structure every project to meet the bankability requirements of international lenders and ECAs before we approach financial close; not after.

In frontier markets, government engagement is inseparable from development. We work directly with national investment commissions, ministries, and regulatory bodies to obtain the approvals and sovereign support that underpin long-term project viability.

  • Financial Structuring & Capital Raising

SERACCO structures projects for long-term bankability; not just development value. Every project is built around a robust commercial framework: sovereign or institutional offtake, appropriate risk allocation, and a capital structure that matches the project's profile and market context.

We negotiate Power Purchase Agreements directly with national offtakers and ministries, targeting long-term, USD-denominated, take-or-pay structures that satisfy DFI and ECA requirements.

On the financing side, we work with a range of capital providers;  including multilateral development banks, export credit agencies, and institutional debt and equity investors; to structure project finance that reflects both the opportunity and the risk environment.

  • EPC Management & Construction Oversight

SERACCO does not self-perform construction. We select, contract, and rigorously manage EPC partners on fixed-price, performance-guaranteed terms — with liquidated damages, parent company guarantees, and lender-required security packages in place before ground is broken.

Our founding team has delivered over 2GW of large-scale wind and solar projects in this capacity, including some of the largest onshore wind farms built in Northern Europe. That direct construction experience means we manage EPC contractors from a position of technical authority; not dependency.

Procurement strategy is driven by lender and ECA requirements. We do not lock projects into single-source supply arrangements. Technology and equipment selection is competitive, transparent, and benchmarked against international standards.

  • Operations & Asset Management

SERACCO holds its projects as long-term operational assets. Post-construction, we manage each asset through a dedicated operations structure covering performance monitoring, regulatory compliance, PPA obligations, and ongoing stakeholder engagement with government counterparties and lenders.

Maintenance is managed through a combination of OEM service agreements and independent O&M providers, selected on a project-by-project basis to optimise cost and performance over the full asset life. Our operating model is designed to protect long-term energy yield, maintain PPA compliance, and deliver consistent returns to investors throughout the asset lifecycle.

Powering Progress Through Renewable Energy Excellence

Our Energy Solutions:

  • Wind Power

SERACCO develops utility-scale onshore wind projects in markets with strong resource potential and clear government mandate for renewable energy.

We manage the full development cycle — from site origination, wind resource assessment, and environmental permitting through to turbine selection, grid connection, and long-term asset operation.

Our wind projects are structured for bankability from day one, with technology selection driven by lender and ECA requirements rather than supplier preference.

  • Solar Power

SERACCO develops large-scale solar PV projects optimised for high-irradiance markets across the MENA region.

We oversee the complete development process — from land acquisition and grid feasibility through to technology specification, financial structuring, and commercial operations.

Our solar projects are designed for long-term performance reliability, with module and inverter selection benchmarked against international lender standards and proven in comparable climate conditions.

  • Hybrid Systems

Where resource conditions allow, SERACCO develops hybrid renewable energy projects combining wind and solar generation with battery energy storage.

Hybrid configurations increase capacity factors, smooth generation profiles, and strengthen offtake arrangements — making projects more attractive to both sovereign offtakers and institutional financiers.

Our hybrid projects are engineered as integrated systems, not combined standalone plants, with control architecture designed to meet grid operator and PPA compliance requirements from the outset.

  • Transmission & Grid Infrastructure

Renewable energy projects in frontier markets frequently require dedicated transmission and substation infrastructure to reach the national grid.

SERACCO plans and develops the full balance-of-plant and grid connection scope as an integrated part of each project — including HV transmission lines, grid interface substations, and SCADA systems.

Where strategic grid infrastructure creates value beyond a single project, we develop it as a standalone asset with its own commercial structure and long-term revenue model.

Delivering Sovereign Energy Security to Nations That Need it Most.
